This site collects writing on decentralised systems and their relationship with politics, economics and finance.

The interest lies in where the two fields meet. Technical discussion alone describes how a protocol works; political discussion without the technical stays in generalities. Asking who in practice controls a network that declares itself ownerless requires both at once, and that is the kind of question developed here.
